• This e-raffle promotion is open to all Gaisano Grand Mall Shoppers 18 years old and above at the commencement of the promo redemption period.
• Customers who purchase at least P1,000.00 from the Supermarket or Department Store
  • For every P1,000.00 single receipt purchase from the Supermarket or Department Store dated within May 22, 2026 to July 19, 2026 entitles a customer one (1) e-raffle entry. The higher the purchase, the more entries the customer is entitled.
  • An additional e-raffle coupon is entitled to customers who purchase P100 worth of participating brands:

How to Register?

• Customer must visit https://gaisanograndmalls.com/backtoschoolraffle/ and fill up the e-raffle form on the website.
• Qualified customer should completely fill up the following details on each e-raffle coupon:
  • Email
  • Complete Name
  • Address
  • Birthdate
  • Contact Number
  • Nearest Gaisano Grand Mall Store
  • Transaction Number (found on receipt)
  • Proof of Purchase (upload)
• All fields must be filled in completely and correctly tot validate the entry.
• Once all required details are entered, the customer must submit the form by uploading a clear image of the receipt. * Note: Re-uploaded or duplicate receipts are not valid and will be disqualified.
• The photo of the receipt must clearly indicate the complete transaction number, date of purchase and total amount purchased.
• For Senior Citizens:
• If unable to register online, they may visit the Customer Service Counter at any of Gaisano Grand Mall for assistance in submitting their entry.
• A Staff member will help encode the details and upload the receipt on their behalf.

Raffle Draw:

1. The Grand Draw for all prizes will be held on July 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
2. Cut-off in submitting of entries for the grand draw is on July 18, 2026, 11:59PM. Strictly no entries will be accepted after the cut-off.
3. The e-raffle draw will be done virtually via Zoom or Google Meet with the participation of a DTI representative to facilitate the draw.
4. A representative from the Department (DTI) shall be invited and/or notified to witness, verify , and certify the final draws or final determination of winners.” The sponsor shall send an invitation and notification to the Department (DTI) at least seven (7) calendar days before the said event.
5. A single person may only win once. In case a person wins twice, the prize with higher value shall be awarded to the winner. Another winner shall be drawn for the prize with the lower value.

Claiming of Prizes:

1. The list of winners will be posted in all participating Gaisano Grand Mall Stores and the main Facebook page of Gaisano Grand Malls.
2. All winners shall be notified by Gaisano Grand Malls via registered email, telephone call or SMS for all necessary information in claiming the prizes.
3. All prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. This promotion is Tax-Free.
4. Prizes not claimed after (60) days from receipt of notification shall automatically be forfeited in favor of Gaisano Grand Malls with the approval of DTI Region VII.
5. In claiming the prize, winners must submit the complete requirements stated below to their nearest Gaisano Grand Malls store within July 31, 2026 to August 14, 2026 for processing and verification.

Requirements of Winning Shoppers:

5.1. Photocopy of 2 valid ID’s preferably with Photo & Signature (SSS, Passport, Driver’s License, etc.)
5.2. In the absence of valid ID’s, winners may also submit a photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate or Marriage Contract if married.
5.3. Affidavit of no relation to any employee of Gaisano Grand Malls covering the period of May 22, 2026 – July 19, 2026.
6. Winners must claim their prize at their nearest branch they indicated on the e-raffle website.
7. All prizes shall be released as soon as the requirements are verified and processed by Gaisano Grand Malls.
8. All transportation and personal expenses related to claiming prizes will be shouldered by the winners.
9. In case of disputes, the decision of Gaisano Grand Malls with concurrence of DTI Region VIl is deemed final.
