Qualifications

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER / ASSISTANT STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Qualifications

  • A graduate of a 4-5 year course, preferably BS Industrial Engineering, BS Business Management, BS Business Administration
  • With at least 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in retail
  • With working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent customer orientation
  • Proactive and results driven
  • Very good leadership and coordinating skills
  • Good oral and written communications
  • Willing to be assigned in other Gaisano Grand Stores
ACCOUNTING MANAGER / AUDIT MANAGER
  • Must be a CPA
  • At least 3 years managerial/supervisory experience in Accounting
  • Good analytical skills
  • Adept with Microsoft Excel Applications
  • Good both in oral and written communications
  • Good leadership and managerial skills
  • Flexible
ENGINEERING MANAGER
  • BSEE/BSME Graduate
  • At least 5 years of experience as Engineering Manager with the above technical functionalities, preferably in retail
  • With hands –on experience in Refrigeration and Airconditioning, Escalator and Elevator Maintenance, Environmental Safety Management, Gen Set and Panel Board Operation and Repair, Electrical Maintenance, Reading Electrical Plans, Building Designs and other Electrical Plans, Building Designs and otherrelated competencies needed to manage building and and facilities of the mall/store
  • High initiative and energy level to assess, handle and solve facility issues and concerns of the store
  • With working knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Customer – service and action oriented
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICERS
  • A Bachelor’s Degree Holder, preferably BS Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • Master’s Degree Holder has an advantage
  • At least 3-4 years experience in handling overall HR functions in a corporate organization (manufacturing, retail, hospitality industry)
  • Has hands-on exposure in recruitment, training and employee discipline
